== Description ==
Girardin Oude Lambiek is the base oude lambiek for Girardin blends and is brewed on-site. It is also available separately in a 10-liter bag-in-a-box configuration and also on draught on occasion. It is 5% ABV. The exact time when a lambic switches from jonge to oude is based on the fermentation progress and is at the brewer's or blender's discretion.
