The Day of the Lambic is a free festival designed to reintroduce and showcase lambic to beer lovers and the community. During this event, lambic is available from more than 10 brewers and blenders. It's a great an opportunity to taste, blend, and experiment with a wide variety of lambic side by side. For example, in 2014, the lambic list included:
