Description

Boon Framboise is a raspberry lambic released regularly by the brewery. It is available in 25cl capped bottles, 37,5cl and 75cl corked and caged bottles, and 20L kegs. It is listed at 5% ABV.[1]

History / Other Notes

Boon Framboise was first created in 1976. It uses 300 grams of fresh raspberries per liter.[2][1] It is made with lambic that is particularly young, 7 to 8 months, to allow the fullness and sweetness of young lambic to prevail. The raspberries are frozen and come from the Galician region of Poland. [3]
