Overview

The weekend of Spontaneous Fermentation is a festival that has been going on for 23 years and features primarily lambic beers such as oude and jonge lambiek, kriekenlambic, faro, gueuze, framboise, and others (approximately 70 beers) from all of the remaining lambic brewers and blenders. [1] This festival is put on by the Opstalse Bierpallieters, a beer drinking organization.
