Lindemans Oude Gueuze Cuvée René is a traditional oude gueuze produced regularly and released in 37,5cl and 75cl bottles. It is 5.5% ABV

History / Other Notes

The first batch of Oude Gueuze Cuvée René was released in 1994 supposedly at the suggestion of the U.S. importer for Lindemans, Merchant du Vin.[1] It is named for René Lindemans, who was the 6th generation master brewer at Lindemans before retiring and passing his share of the brewery on to his son in 2006. The label, in the Art Nouveau style, was designed Charles Finkel.[2]
