Cuvée 10 Jaar 't Parlement
Description
Brouwerij Boon Cuvée 10 Jaar 't Parlement is a special edition of Mariage Parfait bottled on April 6, 2022, to mark the 10th anniversary of the café 't Parlement (in Halle).
The beer is a blend of lambic from barrels n°26, 32, 77, 103, and 124 from Brouwerij Boon, and is a a limited edition of 3,000 x 75cl bottles.
Side Notes / History
For each bottle sold, 1 euro was donated to Brothers of Solidarity, an organization that guarantees assistance to the disadvantaged and people in need, such as homeless people.
On june 19th, 2022, Mina Manand and Frank Van Der Voorde, owners of 't Parlement (Frank actually picked the organization as he witnessed the good they did for the homeless while he was working in the Marolles area of Brussels as a nurse), handed a 3000€ check to the organization - 1 euro for each bottle - and no profit was made for them.
