Juicy & Wild Pluri-Elle
Description
Jucy & Wild Pluri-Elle is a fruit lambic brewed, bottled, and released by Lambiek Fabriek. It contains lambic matured in French oak barrels with black currant and strawberry (both fruits are used in majority here), as well as red currant, raspberry, blackberry and wild blueberry. It has a final fruit concentration of approximately 300 grams of fruit per liter of lambic. It is available in 750 mL bottles and labeled as 6.1% ABV.

Pluri-Elle was first released in the Winter of 2021.
