During the 2022-2023 lambic season, Gueuzerie Tilquin continued their series of experimental fruit lambics (served on draft on festivals or special events only) aiming to possibly turn some of the best batches into regular production lambics.

For series #5, 3 new variants were created.

==Nèfle Tilquin==

First produced for series Experimental Fruit #4, and then for EFS#5, a new variant (more details to come) was created for EFS#6, different from the two previous iterations.

Coing Tilquin

A new variant of lambic macerated on quince, different from the one created for EFS#2. More details to come soon as sources also seem to point to a variant created a year prior, but Pierre confirmed Coing Tilquin to be part of EFS#6 and not EFS#5.

Miel du Larzac Tilquin

Made from the fermentation of honey from Les Ruchers du Larzac (from the Larzac region in France) in a blend of 1, 2 and 3 years old lambics. Unfiltered and unpasteurized this beer was refermented in the bottle with again that same honey. 95 bottled of 75cl were filled, only available to drink onsite at the taproom of the blendery.
