Label Translation:

Senne Eylenbosch

My farm heritage in barrels, walls and stories from the past. An old family tradition extinguished, a fresh breeze brings life to a new one. Brewery Eyenbosch Huizingen. 1876 – 1965. Finally my first lambics. Farmer by education, nature as training, lambic as a canvas. I found masters for passion and craft. Creativity in field and orchard. A future and a new generation for our Eylenbosch Farmstead.

Flemish Kriek with cider

The two cherry varieties originate from two Flemish fruit harvesters. Before bottling the lambic is blended with a young cider of Normandian apple varieties. Fréquin Rouge, Marsenguin, and Kermerrien. Fermented and matured in oak barrels. Carefully blended with lambic brewed from ancient local grains. Wheat contribution from own yard. Wild and spontaneous natural beer. This blend is made with 380g cherries per liter of lambic, and 30% cider. Bottling date: 17 January 2021. Best before: 9 November 2041. Store horizontally. Mind the sediment when pouring.

Ingredients:
