Description
Symbiose is lambic blended with mead and cider. It is only bottled in 75cl and listed as 7% ABV.
History / Other Notes
This bottle was first released in the Easter weekend of 2022, and is the blendery’s first batch of mead and cider blended with lambic. This combination was never before commercially released by a lambic producer.
