These raspberries, hand-picked in the summer of 2019, macerated for three months on stainless steel. While macerating, we only used lambic originating from one brew and from one barrel; no lambic was added prior to bottling. The final fruit intensity is still 371 grams of raspberries per litre of Frambozenlambik. 3F Frambozenlambiek 14 Jan 2020.png

Label

Label Text (Translation):
3 Fonteinen Frambozenlambik is the result of whole, handpicked raspberries macerated in traditional young lambic for at least four months. The resulting lambic was then bottled. Frambozenlambik is a very fruity lambic with an intense bouquet of raspberries and long term cellaring potential. Natural fruit, no juice, syrups, or added sugars. Unfiltered and unpasteurized.
