HORAL Mega Blend 2017 is an oude geuze produced for the eleventh occurrence of the Toer de Geuze in 2017. It was available in 75cl bottles and is 7% ABV. 21,600 bottles were produced.
History / Other Notes
Oude Geuze Mega Blend 2017 is the fifth bottling from mulitple breweries for the Toer de Geuze event and also represents the 20th anniversary of the tour (1997-2017). It is a blend of young and old lambic from 3 Fonteinen, Boon, De Cam, De Troch, Hanssens, Lindemans, Oud Beersel, Tilquin and Timmermans.[1] It also represents a complete redesign of the label from previous editions.

For this bottling of Oude Geuze Megablend, lambics from 9 different breweries and blenderies were blended especially for the 20th anniversary of Toer de Geuze and will have matured in the bottle for 6 months by the time of Toer de Geuze 2017. The blend consists of 1, 2, and 3 year old lambics at the time of bottling.
Contains malted barley and wheat.
