Jean Pierre Van Roy confirms that Cantillon Bière du Dragon was a pure malt beer and not a lambic. It was brewed in the early 20th century. If you can provide any additional information, photographs, or a bottle to help further the Lambic.info initiative, please contact Bill or Adam.
