Description

Cantillon Zwanze 2011 is the fourth release in the Zwanze series of beers. This series has been released every year since 2008, and beginning in 2011, with a coordinated celebration around the world at various beer bars, breweries, and restaurants. The 2011 edition is a recreation of Cantillon Pinot d'Aunis, using the same grapes, but this time, dry hopped with Brambling Cross hops. The grapes were provided by Olivier Lemasson at Les Vins Contés.

History / Other Notes

Zwanze 2011 was released worldwide on September 17, 2011. It was available both in bottles and on draught depending on the location. The label for the kegged version of Zwanze 2011 in the U.S. was approved on August 25, 2011.[1]

In the summer of 2017, a small amount of bottles were sold during the Vendanges Solidaires fundraiser to suppor the winemakers after a frost.
