Description

Cantillon Zwanze 2010 is the third release in the Zwanze series of beers. This series has been released every year since 2008, and beginning in 2011, with a coordinated celebration around the world at various beer bars, breweries, and restaurants. The label gives the name as "Blanche de Quenast." Jean has been quoted as saying that a brewery in Quenast (outside of Brussels) has a beer called Blanche de Bruxelles, so he named this beer after them with a bit of geographical sarcasm.

The 2010 edition is a spontaneously fermented witbier that was brewed in collaboration with Yvan Debaets from Brasserie De La Senne. 1000 bottles were produced.

History / Other Notes

Zwanze 2010 did not have a specific release party or release date. Bottles were available online, and through retailers within Belgium. They were also sold at the brewery and served at bars around the world.
