Frederiksdal Oude Kriek 600L Barrel Finish
Description
Frederiksdal Oude Kriek 600L Barrel Finish is a collaboration beer between Boon and Mikkeller, made of 100% Boon lambic.
It is finished in an oak foeder for 5 months and after that goes through an extra finish for 2 months in smaller oak barrel that held cherry wine made of danish Stevnsbær cherries, adding a strong oak presence and fruit flavours.
