During the 2020-21 lambic season, Gueuzerie Tilquin continued their series of experimental fruit lambics (served on draft only at festivals and special events) aiming to possibly turn some of the best batches into regular production lambics. For this series #4, only 2 beers were created.

Nèfle Tilquin

Fermentation of medlars in 1, 2 and 3 year-old-lambics. 62 bottles produced.

Romarin "T&K" Tilquin

Infusion of rosemary in a blend of 1, 2 and 3-year-old lambics. 65 bottles produced.
