Description

The Dalton series was made in 2015 by aging 1 and 2-year-old lambics in 4 different wine barrels. The barrels were muscatel, cognac, port and madeira. In April 2016, the single barrels were bottled. The Dalton Cuvee is a blend of 40% muscatel barrel, 20% cognac barrel, 20% port barrel, 20% madeira barrel. This blend was aged 8 months longer and finally bottled in December 2016. Due to an accident, only 3 jeroboams survived.
