History / Other Notes

Hanssens Experimental Cassis was originally released as a limited-edition export (US) only 10-case run. Though Experimental Cassis was originally intended to be a one-off brew, it is now part of the regular Hanssens portfolio. Hanssens Experimental Cassis received label approval for distribution in the United States on February 15, 2009.[1]
