I have been cellaring beers for more than 20 years. I started as a fanatical english barleywine fan, keeping cases and cases of Thomas Hardy around. In 2002, my friend Ray introduced me to lambic (damn you Ray, this is all your fault). Since then, I have been to Belgium more times ~~then~~ I want to admit and I've tried more than 200 of the lambics described on this site. I am obsessed by the style, the history, the culture, and the beers.
