Boon Framboise is a raspberry lambic released regularly by the brewery. It is available in 25cl capped bottles and 37,5cl corked and caged bottles. It has previously been available in 75cl bottles and is 5% ABV. Boon Framboise is made with lambic that is particularly young, 7 to 8 months, to allow the fullness and sweetness of young lambic. The raspberries are frozen and come from the Galician region of Poland. <ref name=Summit13>Frank Boon, 2010, [[The_Lambic_Summit_2010#Part_13|The Lambic Summit, Part 13 (Shelton Brothers)]]</ref>
