In 2020 they installed a new large copper still (Holstein boiler, up to 5000 L) to upgrade their distillery equipment, and in 2021 they started committing to brewing lambic on their "alembic" still to launch their own range and built a coolship. After thoughts, adjustments and many tests, they started regularly brewing lambic in 2022.

First beers started being launched from 2022 to 2024, and in 2025 they released a first distillied-lambic spirit called W.I.L.D. from 3-year-old lambic aged in PX-sherry casks.
