Cantillon Asperule Odorante is a 2-year-old lambic with sweet woodruff added. The woodruff was added ten days after being picked. It was bottled May 2010 and served both at the brewery and at a charity event at Beachwood BBQ in California in 2014. It was bottled in 750 mL format and its ABV is unknown.
Cantillon Asperule Odorante is a 2-year-old lambic with sweet woodruff added. The woodruff was added ten days after being picked in the Gaume region of Belgium (no exact ratio provided as the entire bag brought was used directly and then the lambic was blended until reaching a satsifying result).  
 
250 x 75cl bottles were produced in May 2010 and served both at the brewery and at a charity event at Beachwood BBQ in California in 2014, as well as a few festivals like BXL Beer Fest and various tasting events over the years.  
 
ABV is unknown.
