← Gueuzerie Tilquin

During the 2022-23 lambic season, Gueuzerie Tilquin continued their series of experimental fruit lambics (served on draft only at festivals and special events) aiming to possibly turn some of the best batches into regular production lambics.

For series #6, 3 new variants were created.

Nèfle Tilquin

First produced for series Experimental Fruit #4, and then for EFS#5, another bottling was made here on April 5th, 2023, following the same process for a total of 61 bottles. As for EFS#5, the result was deemed unsatisfying for now, and it has remained unreleased so far.

Coing Tilquin

A new variant of lambic macerated on quince, different from the one created for EFS#2. In this version (called "Tilcoing"), no Meerts was used, only 1 and 2-year-old lambic, where fruits were cut into pieces and added for maceration at 300g/L. Bottled April 4th, 2023.

Miel du Larzac Tilquin

Made from the fermentation of honey from Les Ruchers du Larzac (from the Larzac region in France) in a blend of 1, 2 and 3-year-old lambics. Unfiltered and unpasteurized, this beer was refermented in the bottle with again that same honey. 95 bottled of 75cl were filled, only available to drink onsite at the taproom of the blendery.

Framboise-Cassis-Rhubarbe

Details TBC. Served on draft on festivals or special events only
