+A new variant of lambic macerated on quince, different from the one created for EFS#2. In this version (called "Tilcoing"), no Meerts was used, only 1 and 2-year-old lambic, where fruits were cut into pieces and added for maceration at 300g/L. Bottled April 4th, 2023.
