Pinot Kriek is a 100% wild Schaarbeekse krieken fermented on lambic in a Pinot Noir barrel from winery Clos d'Opleeuw, Belgium. Lambic from 2012 and 2013, cherry harvest of 2014. Aged on cherries for one year. Unblended, straight from the barrel.

2015 A blend of 1 & 2-year-old lambics with Schaarbeekse krieken. Every July, we go to Pajottenland to pick wild Schaarbeekse cherries from friend's gardens. Macerated for 10 months in a pinot noir barrel from winery Clos d'Opleeuw. Harvest: July, 2015.
