Bofkont Gargamel is a beer made of lambic aged on blackberries that have been frozen to obtain a better maceration (unlike [[Bofkont_Gargamel_Grand_Cru|Gargamel Grand Cru]] which uses fresh fruits), bottled in 375 mL format when Sam Hellemans was still a homeblender.
