We macerated these for three months in a 50/50 cut with lambikken from five different barrels and five different brews. Before bottling, we added lambikken from another barrel and two different brews. The majority of the lambikken that we used are 3 Fonteinen brewed, and one quarter of those are from our own Braban farmers' collective. The final fruit intensityy is 384 grams of blackberries per litre of Braam.||[[File:3F Braam 26 Jan 2021.png|frameless|250px]] | ||

Description
3 Fonteinen Braambes is a blend of young lambic and hand-picked organic blackberries. It is bottled in 75cl bottles and is listed as 6.2% ABV. It is the first large scale commercial release of a blackberry lambic by 3 Fonteinen after previously making various appearances as part of the Twist of Fate series.
History / Other Notes
Braambes was first released in 2019. The maceration ratio is 1 kilogram of fruit per liter of lambic and was macerated in the barrels. This release is a continuation of the cooperation between 3 Fonteinen and Ferme Framboos.
