Description

3 Fonteinen Perzik Wit is a blend of approximately two-year old lambic with white peaches released in 75cl bottles. For the 2018-2019 season, three different blends were made using different varietals of white peaches. The ABV varies by blend.

History / Other Notes

Perzik Wit (along with Perzik Geel) is the result of result of some of the Speling van het Lot (Twist of Fate) experiments coming to full production. It was released in the late summer/early fall of 2019.

12/20/2018	750ml	24th blend of the 2018-2019 season. For this specific white peach lambic Vroege Amsden peaches were macerated for 5.5 months with 3 Fonteinen lambic in a wooden barrel. The final fruit intensity is 412 grams of peaches per liter of peach lambic.
12/21/2018	750ml	26th blend of the 2018-2019 season. For this specific white peach lambic Late Amsden (80%) and Floerkes (20%) peaches were macerated for 5 months with 3 Fonteinen lambic in a wooden barrel. The final fruit intensity is 444 grams of peaches per liter of peach lambic.
12/21/2018	750ml	27th blend of the 2018-2019 season. For this specific white peach lambic Floerkes (90%) and Vroege Amsden peaches were macerated for 5.5 months with 3 Fonteinen lambic in a wooden barrel. The final fruit intensity is 517 grams of peaches per liter of peach lambic.
