Description
3 Fonteinen Oude Geuze 1998 (50th Anniversary) is a geuze blended during the 50th anniversary of the brewery. It was bottled in 750ml bottles in November 1998 and stayed in the cellars of 3 Fonteinen for five years before its release in 2003. It is labeled as 6% ABV.
History / Other Notes
3 Fonteinen Oude Geuze 1998 (50th Anniversary) features the Felix de Boeck "Nightlights" label.[1] Though the label does not specifically state "Vintage", this bottle is considered a vintage due to the fact that it stayed in the 3F cellars for 3 years or more before its release. A version of this label is also used on bottlings of Oude Geuze Vintage, though with text that specifically points out the name Oude Geuze Vintage.
