In 2014, Cantillon invited the Russian River and Allagash breweries to participate in Quintessence. In addition to beers from all three breweries being served, a Friendship Blend ([[Cantillon Assemblage de l'Amitié (Wild Friendship Blend)|Cantillon Assemblage de l'Amitié]]) was available, which was an equal blend of the spontaneously fermented beers from each of the three breweries. | |||
