Oude Gewürzt Tilquin à l'Ancienne is spontaneously fermented lambic made with Gewürztraminer grapes. The fruit concentaration is 250 g/L of lambic. Unfiltered, unpasteurized, and refermented in the bottle. Blended in the 20|21 season and bottled at 8.4% abv, it was first released in 2021 in 375 mL & 750 mL bottles. In 2023, the new labels use the full name of the grape, Oude Gewürztraminer Tilquin à l'Ancienne.
