Description
A blend of traditional cherry lambic with a natural wine made from Muscat Bleu at domain Wijndomein Hoenshof. The Muscat grapes underwent a three day cold maceration, followed by gentle pressing, spontaneous fermentation, and aging before being blended with the lambic. The result is an elegant interplay of subtle spiciness and a vinous, fruity depth.
