History / Other Notes

The bottled version of Oude Groseille à Maquereau Verte à l'Ancienne was first released on September 4th and 5th, 2020 at Gueuzerie Tilquin's annual Journées Bières Ouvertes. It was sold during the Journées Bières Ouvertes in a 6 bottle pack (1 x 750 mL, 2 x 375mL, 1 x 750 mL Gueuze, 1 x 750 mL Quetsche and 1 x 750 mL Rullquin), and a 3 bottle pack (3 x 750 mL). This blend is made from the fermentation of green gooseberries, with a fruit concentration pf 260 g/L of lambic for the 2019-20 season.
