Description
Kweepeerlambiek is a pear lambic blended with cider. The pear variants used in this blend are: Vranja, Lescovak and Champion. The ciders in this blend is made from organic Pajottenland apples, being Normandian variants: Kermerrien, Marsengien and Fréquin Rouge. It is bottled in 75cl bottles and listed as 7% ABV.
History / Other Notes
Boerenerf Kweeperlambiek met Cider was first released in June of 2021 and represents the first commercially blended lambic with cider to be produced.
