Description
3 Fonteinen Zenne y Frontera is a lambic brewed on January 19, 2012, aged in Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry barrels, and bottled in 2014. It is listed as 7% ABV. Approximately 4,000 bottles were bottled.
History / Other Notes
3 Fonteinen Zenne y Frontera is a collaboration between the brewery and master sommelier Andy De Brouwer. The lambic was aged in 30 year old casks for 12 months prior to bottling.
