3 Fonteinen ~~Unblended~~ Lambiek has been served in a number of settings on tap including 3 Fonteinen Café or brewery and various festivals. It can consist of lambic brewed by Armand or, depending on the time frame, lambic brewed at [[Brouwerij_Boon|Boon]], [[Brouwerij_Girardin|Girardin]], or [[Brouwerij_Lindemans|Lindemans]]. The ~~lambic~~ is ~~served both in its Jonge form (anything under a year old)~~ or ~~its Oude form (anything more than a year old).~~
