Overview
Dansaert is a side project by brewery Brussels Beer Project in Brussels. This endeavor started in 2021, with the first beers launched in 2023. Dansaert brews lambic as well as mixed-fermentation brews and hybrids. The project is named after the area of Brussels in which it is based.
