Coing Tilquin is a lambic with quince pieces added (at a ratio of 250g to 300g of fruit per liter of lambic, consisting of 50% Meerts and a blend of different 1 and 2-year-old lambics), available on draught as part of the second experimental fruit series. This bottling was actually made during the 2011-2012 season, and 25 bottles were made available for experimental fruit series #2.
