We went as far as we could go with the help of the brewery, knowing detailed notes weren't always taken in the past. At this point only bottling dates need to be updated which is in progress, and we expect to be able to offer a complete log for the past 10 years or so, starting with the standard gueuze and irregular / one-off bottlings. | |||
