Description
Ravandel is blend of mostly old and a bit of young lambic, macerated with two varieties of rhubarb grown at Het Neerhof by farmer and brother Joppe. After experimenting with various herbs such as vervain, an infusion of lavender has been chosen for the 2024 blend, and another herb might be used for future releases.
