Cantillon Berce is a lambic made with Berce du Caucase, the French name for the giant hogweed (Heracleummantegazzianum), a poisonous, invasive plant that is a member of the carrot family. It is also known as cartwheel-flower, giant cow, parsnip, and hogsbane.
Cantillon Berce is a lambic made with Grande Berce, the French name for the common hogweed (Heracleum sphondylium), an herbecious perennial plant from the carott family, native to most of Europe, western Asia and northern Africa, but also introduced in North America and elsewhere.

Not to be mistake with Berce du Caucase (Heracleum mantegazzianum), a poisonous, invasive plant of the same family, looking similar but growing much higher (up to 4 meter).
