Cantillon Cuvée Mozart is a raspberry lambic with a small amount of vanilla (at the time, Jean-Pierre Van Roy was adding vanilla to his classic raspberry lambic, [[Cantillon_Framboise|Framboise]], to make the acidity of the fruit softer). It was aged in port barrels and released in 1991. It was bottled in 750 mL format and is 5% ABV.

According to Jean-Pierre Van Roy, the Cuvée Mozart is a bière d’étiquette/etiketbier (lit. “label beer”), meaning that an existing beer from the Cantillon range was used to produce this bottle. In this case, it was [[Cantillon_Framboise|Cantillon Framboise]].
