Kwee (previously called Kweepeer Lambiek) is a quince lambic blend with 3 quince variants: Vranja, Lescovacz, and Champion. The quince pears are sourced from Seepscherf, a small farm dedicated to growing these fruits. It is packaged in 375 mL, 750 mL and 1.5 L bottles, 20 L KeyKegs and listed as 7% ABV.

This bottle was first released in June of 2021 and is one of the first commercial ~~all-~~quince lambics to have been released.
