Black cherries

The cherries are a blend of Kordia (from Limbourg) and Hoeilandse Hedelfingers. An experiment with the same process as kriek, but with a softer character. Carefully blended with lambic brewed from ancient local grains. Wheat contribution from own yard. Wild and spontaneous natural beer. This blend is made with 430g fruit per liter.
