In 1891, her grandchildren, brothers Gustaaf and Desiré Winderickx assumed ownership. Desiré's son August Winderickx inherited the brewery in 1910. His son Edgar Winderickx took over the operations in 1957, following the death of his father. Winderickx supplied lambic to Wielemans, Aerts, Imperial, Caulier, Hanssens, and Van Roy.
