Dave's first exposure to lambic was a Boon Marriage Parfait geuze in 2009. He thought people were crazy for liking things like that. It was only a couple months later after his first trip to Belgium that he was fully converted and he's been passionate about lambic ever since. Dave joined the lambic.info team in summer 2016 and he's excited to be involved in such a great lambic resource! His contributions focus on brewing process and historic production.
