Fill me in
This beer never existed, and was a joke from Jean-Pierre Van Roy<ref name=JVR25>Jean Van Roy, interview with Gael of lambic.info, November 2025</ref> telling visitors that he created a gueuze using "fromage blanc" (local cream cheese). A label was even created, but so far it couldn't be located. If you happen to have access to that label, don't hesitate to contact the lambic.info team.
