Fill me in
Spontaneously fermented beer, Cantilon Gueuze is composed of 100% lambic brewed from organically grown wheat and malted barley. A tart beer with an evolving taste, this beer can be stored in the cellar and served at cellar temperature. The glasses should be rinsed with clean water.

==Bottle Log==
The bottle comes from a special cuvée, "P'tite Louise", and is composed of lambics brewed in 2005, maturing, and bottled in 2008; the year of the 150th anniversary of the Facultés Universitaires Saint-Louis.  Deeply rooted in the terroir of Brussels, proud of the traditions that they have established, and resolutely open towards the future, the Faucltés Universitaires Saint-Louis chose this fine product to celebrate their jubilee.
