Description
Lindemans Pêche is a filtered, pasteurized, and sweetened lambic with peaches and peach juice added. It is labeled as 2.5% ABV and released in 250ml, 355ml, 375ml, and 750ml bottles.
History / Other Notes
Pêche has been available since 1987. Its European name, Pécheresse, is French for a female sinner.[1] Since 2012, all sweetened Lindemans beers are sweetened with the natural sweetener Stevia. Before 2012 they were sweetened with Acesulfame K. Before bottling, the sweetened beers are put through a centrifuge for filtration.[2]
